Permanently Delete Your Intentional Account

Deleting your account will immediately close your account and remove your profile from discovery and matches. Your photos and media files will be deleted from our servers within 48 hours.

To protect the safety and security of our members, we retain limited account data for a 90-day safety retention window during which we may investigate any reports of unlawful or harmful conduct. After 90 days, all personal data is permanently deleted, except for limited records we are required to retain by law (moderation records for up to 3 years to prevent re-registration of banned users, and transaction records as required by tax and accounting law).

This action is permanent and irreversible. You will not be able to recover your account, matches, conversations, or any data.

⚠ Have an active subscription?

Deleting your account does NOT cancel your Intentional Premium or Premium Plus subscription. You must cancel separately through your Apple ID Settings (iOS) or Google Play Subscriptions (Android) at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.

Can't access your phone?

If you no longer have access to the phone number on your account, email legal@joinintentional.com from the email address on your account with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We'll respond within 30 days.
